What I am trading in Adobe – post earnings reaction

I am currently short (a 2nd trip short today) in $ADBE and had received a few questions regarding how I trade off the 5 minute chart.

So here you go, this is what I see:

  • 20 SMA breach
  • Accumulation/Distribution down through the 0 line
  • Rising volume, RED bars

    I can find no 20 SMA breach, Your chart indicates prices from 8:00 in some time zone, top of the hour. So is your SMA based on pre-market data? Thnx

      I trade the 5m chart every day, my rule is to use the 20 SMA. nothing fancy, based on my Trading Process.

    Of course, on the 1 minute bars there’s lots of 20 sma breach…
